Which rate is this?
Meta’s India list rate, effective 1 October 2026, for messages delivered to +91 numbers. Marketing is ₹0.8631. Utility, authentication, and service are ₹0.1150. Rates are before tax. The first 1,000 service messages each month on a business number are not charged.
Do I pay if the message is not delivered?
Meta charges when a message is delivered, not when it is sent. A message that never arrives is not on this bill.
Do high volumes cost less?
Marketing stays at the list rate. Utility and authentication stay at the India list rate until very high monthly volume. Utility’s list rate applies through 25 million messages in a month. This sketch uses the list rate.
